The Coastal Sparks Netball Club Annual General Meeting will be held as follows:
Date: Wednesday 13th November 2024
Time: 7pm
Location: Wanneroo Districts Cricket Club, CNR Goal Way & Bellerive Bvld, Madeley, WA 6065,
All positions of the current committee will be declared vacant and the Committee of the Club for season 2025
will be elected.
Coastal Sparks Netball Club is now seeking interested people to nominate for positions that include:
– President (Oversees the management and administrative operation of the club, provide leadership
and support to members, whilst promoting growth)
– Vice President (Provides support and assistance where required to the President and committee
members of the club)
– Registrar (Administers the membership and registrations for the club and association requirements)
– Treasurer (Manages finances of the club. This role would suit someone organised, with attention to
details and familiar with basic technology (including excel and online banking)
– Secretary (Manages club documentation, communication and business matters of the club)
– Development Officer (Leads the club’s development of its athletes and coaches)
– Umpire Coordinator (Responsible for the organisation and management of umpires for the club)
– Uniform Coordinator (Organises uniforms and orders for the club)
– Equipment Coordinator (Coordinates all club equipment for the season)
– Senior Coordinator (Coordinates all players and communication for senior teams)
– Compliance Officer (Manages all compliance aspects and concerns of the club)
– Fundraising Coordinator (Coordinates and facilitates the fundraising activities of the club)
– Volunteer Coordinator (Coordinates the volunteer requirements for the club at the association)
– Sponsorship & Grants Officer (Responsible for Sponsorship opportunities for the club)
– General committee (Assist with general club events and committee requirements as required)
We encourage people to apply so that we can have as many experienced and diverse people assisting to
coordinate the club as possible. The Club cannot operate to its potential without
volunteers. Have your say by attending the AGM and casting the vote to which you are entitled.

All financial members and interested parties are invited to attend. Typically, the meeting is relaxed, informal
and brief.
We hope you will attend our AGM to vote for the committee you would like to see administer our club in
season 2025.
