Current CSNC Policies & Procedures

We, Coastal Sparks Netball Club, have a great responsibility to our members and our association. Please find below all our Policies and Procedures which help us as a club to promote a safe and comfortable environment for our members to grow.

Risk Management

This policy has been designed to:
– Help members understand what the processes are in various circumstances.
– Ensure our Club operates in an open and transparent fashion.

Grievance Form

If you have a Grievance at the club, we request you fill in this form and return to us as soon as possible.

Disciplinary Policy

As representatives of Coastal Sparks Netball Club, it is expected that all members act in an appropriate manner at all times, both on and off the court. Breaches of the Coastal Sparks Netball Club Policies, by-laws may result in disciplinary action.

Grievance Resolution

This policy outlines the procedures and guiding principles to be used to lead to a prompt resolution of grievances, with the aim of resolving each grievance at the lowest possible level.

Concussion Policy

This Netball Western Australia Policy aims to ensure consistent application of best practice protocols and guidelines for the management of concussion across all levels of netball in WA.

Working with Children

This is to ensure our Accountability, Responsibility and Duties are adhered to.

Cyber Security

The purpose of this policy is to outline minimum standards regarding social media use and participation of all members during their membership with Coastal Sparks Netball Club.

Communication

All communication including electronic and non-electronic communication is essential for sharing club news and information with members. Our communication will be timely, appropriate and related to club business.

Spectator Conduct

Coastal Sparks Netball Club is committed to providing a safe environment for participation. Aggressive, threating or other inappropriate behaviour by members, their families, their friends, spectators and other sporting personnel while attending a game or event will not be tolerated. These behaviours are outlines in our Code of Behaviour.

Grading & Team Selection

Trials/grading at Coastal Sparks Netball Club is conducted in a similar format to those conducted by Netball WA. This format is considered a fair and efficient way to view players.

Registration & Payment

Coastal Sparks Netball Club is a not for profit sporting organisation and netball club catering for junior and senior players. We strive to keep our fees as reasonable as possible, whilst monitor a high standard of care, safety, development and offering enjoyment for members.
